Just a reliable pick for strolling around in Tallinn with good value. The breakfast here was surprisingly tasty and had a nice variety. Bring your own toiletries as they can run low in the rooms.

Comfortable hotel, clean room. Polite staff, ready to solve all problems.
Weak water pressure on the 10th floor

I liked the breakfast and location.
there was no window opening in the room, no way to air the room.

The first room encountered issues with the shower, fluctuating between scorching hot and freezing cold. Booked a Twin Room that felt cramped, especially with larger suitcases. The single pillow didn't help either. While a pillow menu was available, it was confusing when extra fees weren't made clear. Gluten-free options ran out during breakfast, and the lack of butter for gluten-free items was disappointing, contributing to an overall lack of satisfaction .

The hotel is located next to the old town. It takes 5-7 minutes on foot and Town Hall Square.
The hotel is expensive enough, but this is compensated by the location

Marvellous location in the domestic area, very close to supermarket across the road as well as the shopping mall across the street. For tea or coffee visit Viru Gustav Cafe nearby.

The staff was very friendly and the location is great. I had stayed at the hotel before so I knew what to expect.
Very crowded at breakfast, no available tables to sit at and they kept running out of food and drinks. The rooms are very plain and simple, nothing extra to make you feel like you are actually staying at a 4- star hotel.

Convenient arrangement near to an old city and port. The breakfast was excellent and full.
It would be desirable to see a shower cabin in a bathroom.

Loved the location, right by the major shopping area and just a short walk to beautiful sights. We enjoyed relaxing in the sauna each morning and found the staff willing to help with extra pillows and requests. We also checked out the nearby Freedom Square and the iconic Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, definite highlights!

Located at the center of the city, next to Viru Keskus. Old town can be reached by foot within a few seconds. Air condition in every room was nice, rooms at the eight floor were quiet and peaceful. Buffet breakfast was excellent, a lot of different types of food to eat and drink. Free morning sauna was also a nice suprise. Very helpful staff at the reception, most of them understood and spoke English and Finnish.
Rooms at the second floor were a little bit noisy (street noise, yelling customers, slamming doors). Rooms looked nice but the materials were already a little bit worn out. Not so many parking places at the hotel parking lot, we had to use parking facilities at the Viru Keskus, which was a little bit pricy (normal price 43 euros per day, with hotel discount 30 euros per day).

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We have stayed in this gorgeous venue for 2 nights, everything was brand-new, the location was amazing to everything to the city centre. The room was bright and fantastic, had a lounge and an iron. The place had a family atmosphere. The property was centrally situated a 10-15 minute walk from Tammsaare Park.
